Web Design

A.J. Marquess has been involved in web design since the middle 1990s (mainly using a text editor), beginning with personal projects. She has worked on freelance projects large and small, including shops, art galleries, and business card sites. She has also maintained websites for her work place and edited HTML documents for readme files. She creates original sites from scratch or works within the WordPress evironment (See the current website, which uses a modified, self created Child-Theme of the versatile "Mantra" by Cryout Studios). She writes in HTML, .CSS, PHP, MySQL and Javascript on Apache servers, but has also done projects in C# and SQL in the .NET environment. Unless noted otherwise, the graphics contained in this website were produced by A.J. Marquess in some combination of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and various 3D graphics programs including Poser, DAZ|Studio, Carrara, and Hexagon.
